Happy New Year!

It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve been able to work on pix, but I finally got my Mac back and took Saturday as a catch up day.
Last weekend was USGP, and on my way to the race I saw a bunch of people in red. It turned out to be a bunch of Santas about to raid a local bar…SWEET!
USGP is pretty much the end of cross season for me and everyone else not planning on going to Natz. So with that, I’d like to thank my teammates Andrew, Byron, Chuck, Jason, Joel, Justin, and Tiah for a great 2009 race season.

Mud, blood and frites! Great times. Maybe next season I won’t be all broken and sh#t and be able to really race. Too much talk, now go see pictures, Ha!

The Single Speed Cycle Cross World Championships have come and gone once more. Next time to be held in the city of Seattle. This years race was capped at 250 racers and no qualifier was necessary, this allowed everyone to “race”. Although I didn’t make the cut (I waited too long to sign up) I was there to capture it on digital. See you in Seattle next year.

Still not racing cuz of my bum knee, so I get to spend my time at the races picture taking and hecklin’. Plus, after making my way around the course on Sunday, I was kinda glad I wasn’t racing. What with all the hills and horse shit, BRUTAL! As you can see from the pix, people are always happy to see me, right!

Great day, even though I didn’t get to race (meniscus injury). The whole team raced and did great! Record number of racers showed up for probably the nicest weather at a cross race ever. Pitched our team tent in between our pals from Ironclad and Team Beer and had a great day. Viva el Cross!
